(First Call) provided us with a companion for Mom within thirty minutes. Dad had been staying at the hospital with her nonstop. This was too much for him because of his own health condition. We called (First Call) so he could get some rest. Her companions read to her, combed her hair, .made sure she was clean, and notified the nursing staff of any changes in her condition. We truly appreciated the companions we had through (First Call) Medical Staffing.

Mother was waiting to be transferred from the Emergency Room to a patient room, but no one knew which room. I needed to leave the hospital without worrying about her. An ER nurse suggested I call (First Call). I made the call at 11:30pm. To my surprise, a real person answered the phone and said she could help. She assured me that she would find out what room Mother was assigned and a companion would be waiting for her. This really impressed me.
